Support

Contact info@sulsul.jp. Support is not real-time. Do not send passwords or confirmation codes.

Getting started

Choose Create account on the sign-in screen. Enter your details and a password of 15–128 characters. To start your own workspace, choose its name, business currency, IANA time zone and Monday/Sunday week start. The first team is optional; if you create one, you can choose whether to join it. Before any product, record, goal, report or save-operation history exists, the owner can change the currency, time zone and week start in Settings. Later changes are restricted. Then request the eight-digit code at your own email address and finish registration.

Invitations and sign-in

Use Join by invitation when registering and enter the code from your administrator. Your email must match the invitation. If you already have an account, use Join with invitation code in Settings. Choose the workspace at sign-in if you belong to several. Change interface language with the language selector; this does not change currency, amounts, business dates or permissions.

Missing email

Check the address and spam folder and allow email from info@sulsul.jp. Codes last 10 minutes. After a resend, use the latest code. Existing email addresses do not receive signup codes: sign in or use Forgot password instead. If attempts are limited, wait 15 minutes.

Teams, amounts and dates

Follow All teams → Team → Member. Use the parent controls to go back. Choose Sales or Expenses for the main amount, breakdown, comparison and trend. Currency codes distinguish dollar currencies. JPY accepts whole amounts; USD, GBP, CAD, AUD and NZD accept up to two decimal places. Do not enter currency symbols. Use a decimal point and optional comma groups of three digits.

Recording and corrections

Record sales or expenses by amount. Where workspace settings and permissions allow, sales can also be entered from registered products and quantities. Product entry is not available for expenses. If a save result is unknown, retain the input and use Check save status. Do not register it again. Open a record to correct, void or request a correction as permitted. Changes retain history.

Business calendar and daylight saving

All members of a workspace use its business time zone and week start, regardless of their device location. A missing local time during daylight saving cannot be entered. A repeated time requires choosing its UTC offset. Comparison details show current and earlier periods, including any cutoff adjustment.

Deletion and recovery

Delete account in Settings shows affected workspaces and requires your current password. Transfer ownership of shared workspaces where needed. Deletion cannot be undone. Resolve pending saves first. If a restored database puts an operation on hold, contact the workspace administrator with its support details and do not re-enter it.

Web and iPhone

Accounts and records belong to the selected Sales environment. Production and test environments are separate. SulSul Attendance accounts and records are currently separate from Sales.
