Terms of Use

These terms govern SulSul Sales, the sales and expense recording service provided by SulSul. Read and agree before registering.

Service and workspaces

Record and share sales, expenses, products and goals with teams and members in a workspace. Verify your own email and protect your password. You must have authority to handle any business or shop information you enter. Share invitation codes only with their intended recipients.

Paid plans and free trial

Subscribe monthly for one workspace in the iPhone app. Lite includes up to 3 active people, Standard 10 and Business 30, counting the purchaser, admins and members once each. Joining multiple teams does not use extra places. A subscription cannot be shared across workspaces. Business-record currency and purchase currency are separate; the purchase screen shows prices for your Apple Account storefront.

Subscribers Apple considers eligible can try the first week free within this subscription group. The trial starts when the purchase completes, not when you create a SulSul account. After the trial, the subscription renews automatically at the displayed monthly price. Apple processes billing, renewals and refunds. Cancel through Apple subscription settings. To avoid a charge after the trial, cancel before the deadline shown in Apple's purchase confirmation.

Restore using the Apple Account, SulSul account and workspace used for purchase. Expiry, refund, exceeding the people limit or an unverifiable subscription may restrict new records and changes. Existing records are not automatically deleted; viewing, CSV export and checking pending save results remain available within your permissions. A downgrade does not automatically remove people. The administrator adjusts active people as needed.

Deleting a SulSul account or transferring workspace ownership does not cancel or transfer the Apple subscription. The purchasing owner should check the subscription before deletion or handover and contact support if needed.

Records and sharing

Users and workspace administrators are responsible for checking recorded amounts, content and permissions. Do not enter others’ confidential information without permission, access the service without authorization, lend credentials, overload it or interfere with its operation. The service does not automatically create statutory accounting books or tax returns. Keep the records and supporting documents you need.

Business currency and calendar

Each workspace uses one business currency, time zone and week start, confirmed when it is created. The owner can change these settings while there are no products, records, goals, reports or pending saves. Existing workspaces use JPY, Asia/Tokyo and Monday. Interface language and travel do not change these settings. There is no exchange-rate conversion or mixed-currency aggregation. Difference means sales minus recorded expenses, not accounting profit.

Saving, changes and availability

If a connection fails, the registration process is not complete until you verify its save result. Do not enter the same transaction again while its result is unknown. Features may change or pause for maintenance, improvements or incidents. Planned interruptions or closure will be announced in advance where possible. Export important records to CSV regularly and retain your own copy.

Account deletion

Use Delete account in Settings. The affected data is shown before deletion. Workspaces you alone manage are deleted with their records. In shared workspaces, ownership must be transferred where required; amounts remain as shared business records without links to your identity. See the Privacy Notice.
